The Service Level Agreements
The Service Level Agreement (SLA) defines the level of service provision expected for the community. It is negotiated between the JISC and JANET(UK). The SLA describes aspects of network and services provision, details the level of acceptable service and states the reporting obligations of JANET(UK) to the JISC Committee for Networking.
The JANET SLA comprises three parts: Memorandum of Understanding, JANET Service Description and Federation Service Description.
The JANET SLA
- The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
- JANET Service Level Description (2008/9)
- UK Access Management Federation Service Description
