A total of 250 rooms have been reserved at The Premier Travel Inn, George Street, and Jurys Inn, Jamaica Street. Shuttle services will be provided from conference hotels where required.

Accommodation will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Once the 250 rooms have been allocated you will need to book a non residential delegate place and book your accommodation using the link below.

Conference Package

The conference runs from lunchtime Tuesday 8 April to lunchtime Thursday 10 April 2008. Both residential and non residential packages include morning and afternoon refreshments, lunches, dinner on Tuesday night, the conference dinner on Wednesday night, and delegate bag.

The residential package includes accommodation in en-suite rooms (based on single occupancy) at one of the two 3 star hotels, The Premier Travel Inn or Jurys Inn, on Tuesday and Wednesday nights, with breakfast, as described above.

Accommodation is also available on Monday night (at extra cost) for early arrivals, including those attending training courses on the Monday, or other pre-events. It is important that you book this at the same time as your conference place – accommodation on Monday night is limited at only one of our hotels and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. We cannot guarantee accommodation for bookings made later for pre-events and you may have to book this independently through Glasgow Marketing.

Mid-session refreshments served in the Exhibition Marquee, and the Drinks Reception with exhibitors on Tuesday evening is also included.

NON-JANET : This year a limited number of non-residential places will be made available for delegates from non JANET connected sites wishing to attend the event. Please see the delegate rates printed below.

Sunday night: please note, the small number of rooms for Sunday night referred to on the form are reserved solely for the use of conference staff and trainers. If you require accommodation on Sunday night please refer to the administrator – networkshop@julienich.f9.co.uk – to check availability and your eligibility before submitting the booking form.
