Procurement for Supply and Maintenance of WVN Videoconferencing Equipment

The four short listed suppliers are Pinacl, Internet Videocommunications, Direct Visual and Video South Medical Television.

This procurement is for the supply and maintenance of videoconferencing equipment for the Welsh Video Network (WVN).  The supplier is expected to ensure interoperability of installed equipment, and to assist the WVN support centre with the studio design and with integration of the studio components.

As matters for clarification arise they will be answered by JANET(UK) and made available on this page. Suppliers that have registered their intent to submit a proposal will be notified each time this is updated.

Clarifications 

Suppliers should note that before submitting a response to the PQQ they must register their intent to do this with JANET(UK). The steps and timetable for this procurement are as follows:
