Procurement for JANET(UK) Corporate Videoconferencing

JANET(UK) requires a standards-based (adhering to the ITU-T H.323 standard) videoconferencing solution that will allow office-based and remote staff to interact with each other; as well as other videoconferencing users outside of the JANET(UK) organisation.

JANET(UK) requires a total solution, including:

  • The provision and installation of all necessary equipment at the offices (including any electrical, structural, audio visual and furnishing work).
  • Testing and commissioning.
  • The provision of end-user and technical training, and documentation.
  • Support and maintenance over three years.

The Prequalification questionnaire (PQQ) is available electronically below as a Word file and an Adobe PDF file.

As matters for clarification arise they will be answered by JANET(UK) and made available on this page. Suppliers that have registered their intent to submit a proposal will be notified each time this is updated.
